Delete your Picky Pear account

Delete from the app or website

1. Sign in to Picky Pear (iOS, Android, or pickypear.app).
2. Open the Profile tab and tap the settings icon (gear).
3. Tap your profile card at the top to open Account.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
5. Confirm deletion and verify your identity when prompted: enter your password or sign in again with Apple or Google. If web sign-in returns you to the app, open Account and tap Delete account again.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request within 30 days.

Request a copy of your data

We do not offer automatic in-app data export. If you want a copy of your personal data, request it before deleting your account: email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject "Data export request". We will respond within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials.
• Your profile (name, avatar, language preferences).
• Your polls, including uploaded images and videos.
• Your comments and votes, and your notification/push data.
• Pearsona cards and related activity summaries tied to your account.
• Pearfect sets you created and the answers submitted to those sets.

Account access is removed when deletion is confirmed. Data cleanup is completed within 30 days.

What may be retained

• An anonymized account record and your anonymized answers in other people’s Pearfect sets, so their shared results remain usable.
• Moderation records related to violations of our Terms of Service, kept to protect the safety of the platform.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
